Undercover investigation leads to child solicitation arrest

FERRIDAY, La. — An undercover investigation conducted by the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office Cybercrime and Special Victims Unit led to the recent arrest of a 59-year-old Cankton, Louisiana man.

Brian Keith Stuckey was reportedly communicating on social media and made arrangements to meet a juvenile female within Rapides Parish. At this time, arrest warrants from CPSO were obtained for Stuckey.

With the assistance of the Rapides Area Drug Enforcement (RADE) Division and the Rapides Parish Criminal Suppression Unit, Stuckey was arrested and booked into the Rapides Parish Detention Center for attempted felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and fugitive warrants. He will be transported to Concordia Parish Detention Center and booked for computer-aided solicitation of a minor and indecent behavior with juveniles.

Anyone who is arrested is presumed innocent until they are proven guilty.
