Lyla is a 1-year-old spayed female Staffie mix who is available for adoption through HPR. Lyla is super affectionate and she is happy to join her peeps in any activity — even if it involves dressing up in silly costumes she is ready to “Let the Good Times Roll!” Lyla is a young, energetic girl who gets along great with other dogs of all sizes while on leash walks and she plays well with other large adult dogs provided they match her high energy level. She is pretty boisterous and because of that is not recommended for a home with small dogs or cats. Please contact HPR to get more information on adoption, 601-303-0672 or visit www.hoofbeatsandpawprintsrescue.org
This is PigPen. He was brought to the Natchez-Adams County Humane Society Shelter as a stray. Pigpen is about 2 to 3 months old. He is very lovable and playful. Pigpen mostly loves to make lots and lots of biscuits. Come by and meet this sweet baby. He would love the company. The Natchez-Adams County Humane Society Shelter is located at 475 Liberty Road. Visitation is offered Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call 601-442-4001.
This is Lindsey. She was brought to the Natchez-Adams County Humane Society Shelter as a stray and is about 4 years old. Lindsey has been at the shelter for three years now, and even though we have a nice facility, can you imagine living in a cage for three years? Lindsey is shy but very sweet. She is in need of a foster or a forever family. Could you be the one to give her the break she so desperately deserves? The Natchez-Adams County Humane Society Shelter is located at 475 Liberty Road. Visitation is offered Tuesdays through Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For more information, call 601-442-4001.
Meet one-year-old Queenie. She is a terrier mixed breed that has been fully vetted and ready to find her very own home. Visiting hours at Concordia PAWS, 1212 First St., Ferriday, Louisiana, are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. daily. A fenced yard or enclosure is a requirement to keep dogs safe.
