NATCHEZ — Youngsters gathered around the George W. Armstrong Library for fun games, hotdogs and readings of beloved Dr. Seuss books for the library’s annual Dr. Seuss Block party on Saturday.
Readers and volunteers donned striped “Cat in the Hat”-themed hats for the event. Enjoy these scenes of the festivities.
