King Ronald Tyler Gregg will reign over the 2025 Natchez Garden Club Magnolia Festival Royal Court alongside Queen Sophia Westbrook Webber.

Tyler is the son of Dr. and Mrs. Justin Gregg of Vidalia, Louisiana. He has one younger sister, Liza Gregg. Tyler is the grandson of Mrs. Diana Martello of Natchez, MS, the late Robert Martello, Mrs. Penny Gregg of Ferriday, Louisiana, and the late Dr. Ron Gregg.

In 2022, Tyler became a third-generation honors graduate of Cathedral Catholic High School. Tyler was listed as one of the top 100 people to know in the Miss Lou area, voted the 2021 Homecoming King, and 2022 Mr. CHS during his senior year. Tyler was a varsity football and baseball team member. Tyler was named 2022 Offensive Lineman of the Week, Offensive X Factor recipient, All-District, and received the prestigious Roy J. Garcia Award.

Tyler is a member of Saint Mary Basilica and was a very active member of the Catholic Youth Organization, participating in service projects and mission trips with Catholic Heart Work Camps. Locally, he volunteered at The Stewpot, Habitat for Humanity, community yardwork, coat drives, and as a retreat leader. He was a member of the Natchez Mayor’s Youth Council, National Honor Society, Science Olympiad Team, and Troop 158, where he achieved the rank of Eagle Scout.

Tyler attended Belmont University in Nashville, TN, where he applied to the prestigious commercial music program and was accepted. He is a virtuoso musician who plays guitar, piano, and drums and writes music for several bands. Tyler is attending the University of Mississippi, majoring in Business, with plans to intern in Iceland this summer and a future goal of Law School. Tyler is a member of the Jam Club and Ducks Unlimited Chapter. In his spare time, Tyler has become a Master Scuba Diver and enjoys traveling, hunting, and building hot rod cars.

Tyler has played for several of Natchez Garden Club’s events and has danced the polka in the historic Tableaux. Tyler is honored to serve as the Natchez Garden Club’s Magnolia Ball 2025 King.
