NATCHEZ – Kurt Wayne Dillon, a lifelong resident of Natchez, passed away on March 14, 2025, at 57 of a lengthy illness. Kurt enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with his family and friends. He will be remembered for his kindness, humor, and unwavering support for those around him.

Kurt was preceded in death by his father, Louis “Matt” Dillon; his mother, Laverne Cupstid; his paternal grandparents, Ray and Louise Dillon; maternal grandparents, Jeff and Faye Scott; and step-brother, Steve Kelly.

He is survived by his wife, Ginger; three step-sons, Karl Brian, Kenny Brian (Laurie), and Travis Snow (Xexis); step-mother, Grace Dillon; step-father, Ed Cupstid; brother, Keith Dillon (Carol); step-brother, Mark Cupstid; two step-sisters, Tammy Kelly Jones (Troy), and Leigh Remple (Mike); seven grandchildren, Taylor, Jayson, Kale, Amelia, Aeris, Madie, and Kahlie; three nephews, Christopher Kelly (Renee), Travis Logan and Garrett McDaniel; four nieces, Erica Trinchard (Christian), Hailey Wroten, Kaitlan Hamilton (Jacob), and Courteney Wilburn.

The memorial will be held at Redemption Church on Saturday, March 29, 2025, at 1 p.m. with Rev. Phillip Watts officiating. The visitation starts at noon.
