NATCHEZ — On Thursday afternoon, deputies of the Adams County Sheriff’s Office recovered a 2023 white Chevrolet Silverado at a home on Flowers Road that had been taken in a carjacking and robbery in Jackson on Sunday, said Adams County Sheriff Travis Patten.

“When deputies located the truck, the tag that belonged to the Chevrolet Silverado had been removed and replaced with a temporary tag from a local dealership,” Patten said.

Investigators are processing the vehicle and interviewing witnesses, he said.

“Investigators are working with the Jackson Police Department’s Criminal Investigation Division to locate the suspects. If the public has any information, please call the Adams County Sheriff’s Office at 601-442-2752.
