NATCHEZ – Ethel was born April 18, 1936, in Franklin County, the daughter of Massie Campbell and Albert Smith. She was of the Baptist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents, fifteen siblings, and one son, Nehemiah Stokes Harper.
She leaves to cherish her memories: a host of nieces and nephews; and special friends, Ellice Morris and Rosena Profice.
