The Natchez Adams County Humane Society’s 3rd-annual Pooch A Palooza is drawing a purrr-fect crowd to the Natchez Bluff this Saturday.
The Pooch A Palooza features adoptable dogs, pups, and kitties, food vendors, and children’s activities as well as a silent auction to raise funds supporting NACHS.
At 3 p.m., attendees will have the chance to meet the candidates of Natchez’s first-ever Pet Mayor Election before the polls close tonight at midnight. Winners will be announced Sunday at 3 p.m. Voting is $5 per vote, with proceeds benefiting the Downtown Natchez Alliance and animal welfare causes. There is no limit to the number of times a person can vote.
