FISHING RODEO: Adams County Sheriff Office’s first fishing tourney a success

Adams County Sheriff’s Office, with the help of Francis Ransom and area sponsors, hosted its first Fishing Rodeo on Saturday at Natchez State Park. Dozens of children and their families were part of the festivities.

“This is the First time we’ve done one at ACSO. All funds, door prizes, and food for this event were donated by our sponsors,” Sheriff Travis Patten said. “And we truly would like to thank them for their support because we couldn’t have done this without them, Kings Fishing Club, Adams County Search and Rescue, MS Wildlife and Fisheries, The Staff at the State e Park, all the family that showed up to help and off course our ACSO family!”
