NATCHEZ — No injuries were reported after a tree fell at Camelot Apartment Homes at 156 Jeff Davis Boulevard, causing damage to two upper-floor apartments and a patio.

The full extent of the damage is unknown until the tree can be removed, according to building officials.

One of the tenants, James Young, a volunteer firefighter for Adams County Volunteer Fire Service, said the tree falling startled him awake at around 3 a.m. on Wednesday during a storm.
