Rides and more: Natchez Spring Carnival continues this week

NATCHEZ – The Natchez Spring Carnival returns this week for an extended stay.
The carnival, sponsored by Ardenland, takes place on the Natchez Bluff, 500 North Broadway St., from Wednesday through Saturday, May 17.
The carnival had been scheduled to end last weekend, but organizers decided to extend the event for another week.
The carnival will include rides, games, and food. Hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from 1 to 10 p.m.
Admission is f on Wednesday and Thursday and $10 per person on Friday and Saturday. Children must be with a parent. Bags will be checked at the entrance and no advance tickets will be sold.
Ride tickets are $1 each or 12 for $10 (cash only). Ride-A-Rama wristbands are available for $25 and allow unlimited rides for five hours. Ride-A-Rama hours are 5 to 10 p.m. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday and 1 to 6 p.m. then 6 to 10 p.m. Saturday.
Rides will include options for all ages. Ticket requirements range from two to five tickets per ride.
