NATCHEZ – Funeral services for Clarence Reason Jr., 61, of Natchez, who passed away on May 20, 2025, at his residence, will be held on Saturday, May 31, 2025, at Jerusalem Baptist Church at 11 a.m. with Pastor Michelle Brooks officiating, under the direction of Marshall Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset View Memorial Park Cemetery.

Visitation services will be held on Friday, May 30, 2025, from 3 until 5 p.m. and Saturday, May 31, 2025, from 10 a.m. until the service time at the church.

Clarence was born on Nov. 8, 1963, in Natchez, to Clarence Reason Sr. and Rose Mary Wilson Reason.

Clarence is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Rose Mary Reason; one brother, James Brown.

Clarence leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter, Shequita Weathersby; one son, Clarence Weathersby; eight grandchildren, Clarence Weathersby Jr., Montrell Harris, Kyrie Weathersby, Clarissa Mathers, Lantz Mathers, Camren Weathersby, Caytlin Weathersby, and Caylee Harris; two sisters, Michelle Harried and Tracy Hoggatt; two, nieces, Teraneka Reason and A’Mya Hoggatt; three nephews, Ti’Ras White, James Reason and Michael Hoggatt; two great-nieces, Rhylee Reason and Kaleigh Hoggatt; one great-nephew, Amari Reason; and a number of other relatives and friends.
