NATCHEZ – Funeral Services for Estelle Mayberry Fleming, 95, of Natchez, who died on May 25, 2025, will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, at New Beginnings Baptist Church, with Rev. Roderick Lewis, officiating.

Visitation will be held on Friday from 4 until 6 p.m. at Bateaste Memorial Funeral Services Chapel.

Burial will follow at Leesdale Cemetery under the direction of Bateaste Memorial Funeral Services.

Estelle was born on Oct. 29, 1929, the daughter of Alex Sr. and Barbara Calcote Mayberry.

She was a member of New Beginning Baptist Church (Sunday school, Deaconess Board), had a Master’s Degree, was a retired Educator of Adams County, and was a member of Victory Chapter # 4 Order of Eastern Star.

Estelle was preceded in death by her husband, Willie L. Fleming, parents, and siblings.

She is survived by her children, Taylor Fleming, Buffy (David) Haywood, Jermaine Williams, Rena Jenkins, Nikki Jenkins, Shawanda Townsend, Shanda Townsend, Nova Carver, Shamia Carver, Shaun Mason, Tim Williams, Regeana Peeler; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; goddaughters, Hattie Jean Dotson, Rosena Profice; nieces; nephews; cousins; bonus son, Granddaddy; Eastern Star sisters and brothers; and her New Beginnings Church Family.
