WASHINGTON, MS – Funeral services for Nancy Lee (Callihan) Northup will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, at Washington Baptist Church in Washington, MS at 2 p.m. Visitation will be held on Monday, June 9, 2025, from 1 p.m. until the time of service at 2 p.m. Bro. Carl Smith will be officiating the service, with Franklin Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.

Nancy Lee (Callihan) Northup, 90, passed from this life on Thursday, June 5, 2025. She was born on March 7, 1935, in Yazoo City, MS, to Sara Annie Clunan and Lockard Bunch Callihan.

She was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She loved her family, quilting, making stockings, mailing cards, puzzles, her church family, and her dog, Gigi. She devoted her life to the Lord and served Him all the days of her life.

Preceding her in death were her parents and stepparents; brother, Larry Callihan; husband, Dwight Lowell “Bo” Northup; daughter, Angela Jones; and grandson, Jordan Jones.

She is survived by her sister, Helon Manor Johnson; brother, Tommy Callihan; daughters, Carolyn Hanesworth, and Lisa Smith (JC); son-in-law, Ronald Jones; grandchildren, Jenna McLendon, Jared Jones (Katie), Eric Smith (Alicia), Kayla Wactor (Catlyn); great-grandchildren, Connor, Emily, Rylee, Raegan, Audrey, Sadie; and a host of family and friends.

Pallbearers are Catlyn Wactor, Jared Jones, Eric Smith, Connor McLendon, Eli Glover, Purvis Wilson, Gary Holloway, and James West.

Honorary Pallbearers are JC Smith, Ronald Jones, Ralph Cox, Carl Niven, LC Smith, and the Washington Baptist Youth.

Burial Services will be held at Greenlawn Memorial Park in Natchez at the conclusion of the funeral services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Washington Baptist Church Youth Fund or a charity of your choice.
