CPSO arrests New Orleans man; charges him with 24 counts indecent behavior with juveniles, 2 counts online solicitation of minors

FERRIDAY, La. — A 39-year-old man from New Orleans has recently been arrested in Concordia Parish for charges of two counts computer-aided solicitation of minor and 24 counts of indecent behavior with juveniles following an investigation by the Concordia Parish Sheriff’s Office’s Cyber Crime/Special Victims Unit.

According to a news release, CPSO began investigating Nicholas Kyle Conable on March 11, who was communicating online with what he believed to be a 16-year-old juvenile female.
Conable began communicating with the juvenile via social media, then later asked her to recruit two other juveniles to participate in sexual acts with them.

His communications revealed that he was attempting to perform multiple sexual activities with all three juveniles, CPSO states. Conable gave a detailed description of the acts that he intended to engage in as well as shared multiple lewd and lascivious images of himself with the juveniles.
CPSO contacted the US Marshals Service, who located and arrested Conable on Thursday, June 12. Conable was transported to Concordia Parish on Friday, June 13, and booked into the Concordia Parish Correctional Facility, where he is awaiting a bond.

Sheriff David Hedrick thanked the United States Marshal Service for their assistance in apprehending Conable.
Anyone who is arrested is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
