NATCHEZ – Carlos Estonio Andrews entered into eternal rest on Tuesday, June 17, 2025, at 11:38 a.m. at Merit Health Natchez, at the age of 64. He was born on March 16, 1961, in Vivian, LA.

Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 10 a.m. from Living Word Worship Center, 8 Covington Road, Natchez. He will be buried beside his parents and grandparents at Douglas Cemetery in Jefferson, TX, on Monday, June 23, 2025, at 11 a.m.

Carlos was a graduate of Jefferson High School in Jefferson, TX, and after graduation, he moved to Vidalia to live with his sister and her family. His hobbies and passions were weight-lifting and riding his beloved motorcycle. He found employment with several trucking companies and traveled to forty-eight of the fifty states in North America. After coming off the road, he continued employment with Jordan Carriers in Natchez as a safety inspector. There he remained for over twenty years until retirement.

He was an active member of the Ruff Riders Motorcycle Club in the Miss-Lou area.

Preceding him in death are his adopted parents, Joe and Ernestine Rand Andrews; his biological mother, Bettie Joyce Andrews Brown; maternal grandparents, Edgar and Cynthia Dean Rand; paternal grandparents, Joe and Hattie Sasser Andrews; two sisters, Imogene Lee and Maxine Bellard, and infant sister, Carolyn Andrews. In addition to a special nephew, Robert Andrel Allen.

Carlos leaves to cherish memories of all the good times shared with family and friends: his wife, Debra Minor Andrews of Natchez; stepdaughter, Ariella Carter and her husband, Kris of Vidalia; four brothers, Gregory Brown (Theresa) of Dallas, TX, Michael Brown and Billy Ray Williams both of Jefferson, TX, and Reginal Brown of Windsor, CT; three sisters, Bettina Brown of Dallas, TX, Adella Jackson of Karnack, TX and Bonnie Allen (Gene) of Ferriday; a devoted sister-in-law, Carolyn Morales of Ferriday; one aunt, M.A. Andrews of Jefferson, TX; two special nieces, Lisa L. Abron of Vidalia, and Genesia S. Allen (Gaylon Jefferson) of Ferriday; a special niece-in-law, L’niya Burrell of Ferriday and a number of nieces, nephews, many cousins, many friends, and his church family at “The Center.” And lastly, his feathered pets, including Abigail the “Top Hen.”
