&uot;They’ve got a good bunch,&uot; Goff said. &uot;They are quick, but not overly big. They like to run the ball on offense. They use a couple of quarterbacks and they have some talented wide receivers. One quarterback ran the option for 99 yards and a touchdown against Mount Olive last week.&uot;
Franklin County is 0-3 on the season, losing to Loyd Star, Vidalia and Brookhaven.
&uot;We’re getting better each week,&uot; Goff said. &uot;We still have a long way to go, but the kids are still working hard. We’ll be ready for our first division game and that’s what it’s all about. We’re learning how to play and getting folks in the right spot.&uot;
