Henry Kyner Jr. of Vicksburg takes advantage of a nice breeze and park bench to read his Bible Tuesday afternoon. Kyner, who was visiting friends in Natchez, was reading on a park bench outside the fences currently blocking Bluff Park. The fences are there for safety as Schnabel Construction Co. is beginning work on the next phase of bluff stabilization from Madison to Silver streets.
