Local players selected for All-District

The Trinity Saints football team had three players selected to the MPSA District 6A All-District first team.
Making the first team at quarterback is William McGehee, who completed 113 of 251 passes for 1,497 yards with 11 touchdown passes and nine interceptions.
Scott Maggio made the first team at the linebacker position. He had 53 total tackles and one fumble recovery.
Also making the first team at wide receiver is Cole Brown. He had 32 receptions for 483 yards for a 15.1 yard average and five touchdown catches.
Three players on the Huntington Hounds football also made the first team: quarterback Tom Terry Milliken, defensive end Barrett Arthur and linebacker Kenneth Clayton.
Making the second team for Trinity was Landon Harrison at defensive line.
Making honorable mention for Trinity were Maggio at running back; Bobby Craig at place kicker; Lee Simpson at defensive line; Adam Whittington at defensive end; McGehee at linebacker; Hunter Dale at defensive back; and Chad Ridley at return specialist.
Making the second team for Huntington were Collin Taunton at running back; Jori Ford at offensive tackle; and Eric Smith at defensive back.
Making honorable mention for Huntington were Arthur at tight end; Clayton at running back; Luke Davis at running back; and Ford at defensive line.
