Construction continues on youth center

Lelia Harveston works Wednesday on the grounds of what will be the Adams County Juvenile Justice Center. Harold West Contractors Inc. is constructing the building on the corner of State and Pearl streets. Workers poured 37 yards of a concrete wall on Wednesday.
