Elijah Brown helps build fencing around St. Mary Minor Basilica in preparation for the replacement of some of the pinnacles on the church. As Wilmar Construction continues to build fencing around the church, another company will soon begin building scaffolding. The pinnacles have been repaired since several were knocked off during a February 1998 storm.
