Three injured after shooting, stabbings

FERRIDAY, La. – Three victims of a Sunday morning brawl at Z.Z.’s Lounge near Ferriday were in fair condition Monday night at Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, La.
During a 3 a.m. fight over a pool game, Calvin D. Anderson, 29, address unavailable, stabbed Cedric Skipper, age unavailable, of 200 Kyle Road in Ferriday, in the chest and arm. As the fight continued outside the club, Anderson was stabbed by an unknown assailant.
Anderson then allegedly retrieved a pistol from his vehicle and shot Robert Wilson, age unavailable, of 428 Concordia Drive, in the face. &uot;(Wilson) was just driving by,&uot; said Sheriff Randy Maxwell. &uot;He was just an innocent bystander.&uot;
Anderson will probably be charged with two counts of attempted murder upon his release from the hospital, Maxwell said. The incident was still under investigation as of Monday afternoon.
