Tremayne J. Kelly, 20, 286 Harbor Road, Ferriday, was arrested by the Concordia Sheriff’s Department and charged with armed robbery, flight from an officer, reckless operation, stop sign violation and no license plate.
LaShawn Milligan, 17, 803 Smart Lane, Ferriday, was charged with armed robbery.
Both were being held without bond Sunday.
