On Thursday, Natchez Alderman George Harden will resume his examination of the Ward 2 ballots cast a week ago.

Harden lost to James &uot;Ricky&uot; Gray in the May 2 Democratic primary. Official results showed Gray with 558 votes to Harden’s 451.

Harden has not commented on his examination of the ballots, which he began examining last Thursday along with Gray and City Clerk Frances Trosclair.

Harden said last week that he is &uot;in the process of going over the voter ballots, the voter rolls and the ballot boxes with a fine-toothed comb.&uot;
