Two-year-old Buddy Livingston plays air guitar to the sounds of Maggie Brown while his friend, Emma Donley, 6, decides to munch on her Rice Krispies treat instead at the Arts in the Park in Memorial Park on Saturday. This was Livingston’s first Natchez event after his family moved here from South Carolina a week ago.
