A running water hose is tempting enough, but an inflatable squirting palm tree was just too much for Raheem Rice to resist. He just had to give his younger cousin, Kameron Jackson, a little squirt while the two played off North Circle Drive. Rice, from Columbia, S.C., and Jackson, from Chicago are spending the summer with Ellen Burston, their grandmother.
