Cajun Constructor worker Steven Edwards uses tie wire to bind steel pieces together Monday at the Natchez convention center site. The steel wire is used as a guide for pouring concrete into the 38 feet deep drill shafts being filled on the site. The filled drill shafts will act as the foundation of the building once construction begins.
