Sal Garcia, a driver with La Favorita Foods in Dallas, calls his boss on a wireless telephone Thursday afternoon after his truck struck the back of a cement truck on U.S. 84 in Vidalia, La. The Master Mixed Concrete truck was driven by Johnny Buckles. Neither man was injured in the wreck, but Garcia’s truck was severely damaged.
