ACCS falls to Parklane

McCOMB — Parklane defeated the Adams County Christian School Rebels 28-6 Friday night in McComb.
The game was scoreless until Parklane scored with 10 seconds left in the first half.
ACCS head coach Bo Swilley said Parklane is one of the top teams in the state, and &uot;I am proud of the way the team played.&uot;
Erik Anders, who played quarter back for the injured Ty Smith, was four of six for 51 yards. Russ Marks had 129 yards rushing on the night and 50 yard interception return for ACCS’ only score of the night.
Lee Watts caught three passes for 41 yards and was the Rebels’ leading receiver.
ACCS faces Madison Ridgeland Academy next Friday at home.
