Two-year old Phillip Roberts does his part Sunday afternoon to help his father, Tracy Roberts, pile up pine straw in a wheelbarrow on Robinson Street in Natchez. The Roberts were taking advantage of the cool weather and a power outage in their neighborhood to rake their front yard.
