Desiree Smith and Jason Edwards give a group of children a scare Tuesday night at the first Halloween Howl held at the Main Street Marketplace downtown. The event was sponsored by Natchez Regional Medical Center and involved several Miss-Lou businesses, which decorated booths and gave out candy.
