Natchez resident Scott Kimbrell Jr. finds a spot between empty ballot boxes Thursday morning to mark his absentee ballot for next week’s election. Kimbrell will be out of town on business next week and wanted to vote before he left. The Adams County Circuit Clerk’s office will be receiving in-office absentee ballots at the Adams County Courthouse in Natchez until noon Saturday.
