Briana Scott, 7, of Natchez doesn’t let a bit of rain keep her from carrying her loot back to her grandmother’s house near Beech Street in Vidalia, La. Along with her mother, Scott was visiting her grandmother, but made a special trip to see a friend in the neighborhood who always gives her a surprise. On Monday it was soft drinks and cookies. The rainy weather Monday signaled the arrival of a cold front expected to dramatically drop the temperatures today.
