Despite the dense fog that blanketed downtown Natchez Thursday morning, Dave Smith of Schnabel Foundation Company continues to work along the bluff. Smith was placing protective covers over fenceposts along the edge of the bluff to protect them from shotcrete used in the ongoing bluff stabilization project.
