Police arrest woman for alleged stabbing

The Natchez Police Department arrested a Natchez resident Sunday for allegedly stabbing a women at a local bar.
Catrina R. Cameron, 25, 508 North Rankin&160;St., was being held without bond Sunday on a charge of aggravated assault.
At about 2:34 a.m. Sunday, police received a call concerning a fight and a stabbing at Bud-G, a business in the 300 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Street, said Natchez Police Chief Willie Huff. The victim, Danielle Johnson was transported to Natchez Regional Medical Center with a stab wound in her upper chest, Huff said. Police recovered a two-inch lock-blade knife, which is believed to be the weapon used during the incident.
