Mississippi Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks wildlife biologist Daniel Coggin, right, assists volunteer Woodie Reaves in measuring an eight-point deer brought in by Port Gibson resident Tracy Hynum Saturday morning to be recorded as part of the Magnolia White-Tailed Deer Records Program at the National Guard Armory building in Natchez. The deer scored 138.4 points, several points above the 125-point minimum required to be put in the record book.
