Before the Natchez Planning Commission adopted changes to the city’s sign ordinance, Jerry Smith, co-owner of Mike’s Tire on Seargent Prentiss Drive, was unable to post signage advertising all of the brands of tire that his business offers. If the adopted changes are approved by the Natchez Board of Alderman, Smith and other business owners will be able to erect larger signs.
