Joe Miller of Natchez fills out $60 worth of Powerball tickets Friday afternoon at Top Speed in Vidalia. Miller said the pool at International Paper chose him to buy the tickets because this was his lucky week since he made a hole in one at Duncan Park Golf Course on Monday.
