VIDALIA, La. – An account has been set up at Concordia Bank to accept donations for the family of Patrick and Lisa Landers, whose Elm Street home suffered extensive fire and smoke damage Thursday.
The attic, where the family’s Christmas presents were stored, was severely damaged by fire. &uot; And we lost everything else due to smoke damage, including all our clothes,&uot; Lisa Landers said Friday.
In addition, Vidalia Lower Elementary is planning a no-uniform day to be scheduled for next week, although the exact day had not been set as of Friday afternoon.
