City of Natchez employees Andrew Frye and John Cook tie down one corner of a 20-foot by 30-foot American flag at the base of the Mississippi River bridge in Natchez. The flag, which was bought from money raised by Natchez resident Pam Frank and the Natchez-Adams County Chamber of Commerce, will be officially dedicated Tuesday morning at the field in front of the Ramada Hilltop on John R. Junkin Drive.
