Fred Fuller on Thursday claimed his prize from a winning Lotto ticket valued at more than $1.43 million. The Natchez man decided to take the $967,335.65 lump-sum payout instead of the full amount in annual payments. Fuller has no immediate big plans, except to retire from International Paper.
