Braves snap skid with 64-51 win over Golden Lions

PINE BLUFF, Ark. &045; The Alcorn State Braves ended their three-game skid with a 64-51 win over struggling Arkansas-Pine Bluff Monday night at the H.O. Clemmons Arena.
The Braves (3-10, 2-4) shot 52 percent in the second half to outscore the Golden Lions 40-25 after UAPB (1-13, 1-5) held a 26-24 lead at the break.
Point guard Trey Johnson led the Braves with 14 points, while Dion Callans had eight points and 10 rebounds.
Three different players scored 10 points apiece for the Golden Lions.
