Officers discovered an outstanding warrant from California on Lee and transported the subjects to the station, Madison said.

During a routine vehicle check they discovered the drugs. The substances were stuffed between the seats of the car.

In addition to the cocaine and marijuana another unknown substance was found that has been sent to the lab for testing.

All three were charged with possession of a controlled substance with intent to distribute, possession of a schedule II narcotic with intent to distribute and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.

Evans was also charged with driving under suspension and a stop sign violation.
