Enter the Montagues on one side, whose simple wish in life is to turn a location known more for what isn&8217;t there anymore into something better.

The Capulets, stage left, protest the potential loss of their young daughter, Juliet &8212; played here by the former Natchez Pecan Factory (that with all due respect to Juliet has seen better days).

A fight ensues between the Capulets and the City of Natchez who dared introduce (OK, sell) the couple.

Who better to settle the dispute than the local judge playing the part of Hamlet, who had to answer the &8220;To be or not to be?&8221; question regarding the site&8217;s sale.

As the curtain falls on this tragedy, turned history, we just hope the developers haven&8217;t lost the fire in their bellies during the long winter of our discontent and that a glorious summer could be made by the recent decision.

And, perchance, we can all live happily ever after in the land we call home.
