BROOKHAVEN &8212; Cathedral&8217;s varsity boys soccer team ended up with a pair of tie games at the District Tournament at the Brookhaven Complex Saturday.

The Green Wave played to a 0-0 tie with the Loyd Star Hornets in their first game of the day. Eric Hollowell scored both of their goals in a 2-2 game against the North Pike Jaguars.

Hollowell&8217;s first goal was on a penalty kick at the 15th minute of the first half. His second goal was on a throw-in from Eric Garrity at the 20th minute of the second half.

Because these games are &8216;classic&8217; games, they do not count in the teams&8217; standings.
