My name is Lakeitha Bassett, and I’m from Natchez. I’m currently living in Houston, Texas and attending grad school at the University of Houston, pursing a masters degree in art education.

I’m very interested in this dream for an art college in Natchez and I believe it is an excellent dream to make a reality! I want to give back to my birth place and I would be interested in working with Hady Boelte or David Blackburn to make the project a reality.
