NATCHEZ &8212; Brittany Kelly, 16, charged with murder and two counts of uttering a forgery, was released Thursday on a combined bond of $120,000.
Kelly, 16 Phillip West Road, was arrested Nov. 17 on a grand jury indictment on charges of her mother&8217;s September death.
Her bond for murder charges was set at $100,000.
Kelly faced further charges of uttering two counts of forgery Wednesday.
She allegedly signed two checks in September to look like they were signed by a family member.
Bond was set for a total of $20,000 for those charges.
Jacquelyn Thompson, 35, 48 B Proby Road, died from a bullet wound to the head, officials said at the time.
Kelly made bond Thursday, but not without restrictions.
She was brought before Circuit Court Judge Forrest &8220;Al&8221; Johnson and given conditions.
She shall not leave the county other than for work purposes or if her residence is in another county, neither of which Johnson said applied.
She cannot leave the state without the court&8217;s permission, she may have no contact with potential witnesses in her case, and she must stay in regular contact with her attorney.
Also, if she violates any laws, she is subject to having her bond revoked.
She must remain at her residence from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m., with the exception of an extra 30 minutes to get home from work at night.
