NATCHEZ — Services for Eugene Anderson, 21, of Natchez, who died Friday, Dec. 29, 2006, at his residence, will be 11:30 a.m. Friday at St. Paul AME Church with the Rev. Johnny Quinn officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Robert D. Mackel and Sons Funeral Home.
Visitation will be from noon to 6 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Eugene was born June 16, 1985, in Adams County, the son of Lee Wilbert Anderson Sr. and Angela “Chick” Fowler Anderson. He was a loader with UPS. He was a Methodist.
Survivors include his parents, Lee Wilbert Anderson Sr. and Angela Anderson; brothers, Lee Wilbert Anderson Jr. of Natchez and Lee W. Bailey of Atlanta; grandmothers, Frances Anderson and Geneva Johnson Collier, both of Natchez; aunts, Lena Tate of Natchez, Gladys Plaine and her husband, Charles, of Inglewood, Calif., Frances Diggs of Mountain View, Calif., Diane Holmes of Carson, Calif., Thelma Rhea and her husband, Edward, of Antioch, Calif., Camilla Collier, Carolyn Gaylor and her husband, Jackie, Monique Collier, Shante Collier, all of Natchez, La Tonya Collier and Lisa Collier, both of Chicago, Ill.; uncles, Otis Ray Anderson, James Anderson and his wife, Melvia, Otis Montrell Anderson, all of Natchez, Isaac Anderson and his wife, Katrina, of San Jose, Calif., and LaMar Collier of Los Angeles, Calif.; great-aunts, Vernell Powell and her husband, Shelley, of Liburn, Ga., Georgia Thornburg and her husband, Luther, Sarah Gooden Lucas, Sophronia Dyson and her husband, Nelson, Helen Curtis, Marjorie Kinds, Doretha Mackel and Helen Gooden, all of Natchez, Daisy Brooks and her husband, Wardell Sr., of Chicago; great-uncles, John Gooden and his wife, Marie, of Fort Wayne, Ind., Freddie Anderson and his wife, Georgia, of Natchez and Robert Anderson of Seattle, Wash.; great-great-uncle, Alexander Johnson and his wife, Pat, of Chicago; great-great-aunt, Susie Saxton of Chicago; special friend, Carolyn Clark of Natchez; special cousins, Winton Anderson, Favion Diaz, Brandon Diaz, Joseph Collier and Robert Collier, all of Natchez.
