Grady Charrier

Services for Grady M. Charrier, 72, of Monterey, who died Tuesday, Jan. 9, 2007, in Monterey, will be 2 p.m. today at Acme Free Methodist Church with the Revs. Cindy Robinson, Wade Robinson and John Cooper officiating.
Burial will follow at the church cemetery under the direction of Young’s Funeral Home, Ferriday.
Visitation will be Thursday at the church until service time.
Mr. Charrier was born Dec. 11, 1934, in Acme, La., the son of Milton and Beatrice Charrier. He was a civil engineer with the Louisiana Department of Transportation. He was also a member of Acme Free Methodist Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and sister, Joyce Lipsey.
Survivors include his wife, Doris Charrier of Monterey; daughters, Angie Tiffee and her husband, Terry, and Sally Head and her husband, Kevin, all of Monterey; grandchildren, Brad Tiffee of Baton Rouge, Stacey Green and her husband, A. G. and Jason Charrier, all of Monterey, and Becky Head of London, England; great-grandchildren, Auden Green and Braden Green, both of Monterey; sister, Bonnie Beaubouef of Monterey; brother, David Charrier of Monterey; and caregiver, Sandra Barber.
Pallbearers will be Lyle Beaubouef, Tim Charrier, Sam Charrier, Alan Lipsey, Ricky Bryan, and Bobby Joe Sandidge.
Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Wiley, Milton Sanders, and the men of Louisiana State Department of Transportation.
