Volvo Trucks North America has announced that its Volvo Dealership in Richland, Old River Truck Sales has earned the position of NO. 1 in Class One of the CEO Group for North America.

Volvo Trucks North America is a world-class leader in heavy trucks. This honor is through a network of approximately 200 dealers in North America.

Old River continues to pride itself on the same customer service that got it started, a company spokesman said. That slogan is “We Work Harder.”

This small town company that began in Crosby in 1982 has made major strides in the truck sales market since it opened in January 2001.

Old River Truck Sales is a subsidiary of Old River Supply, which Lee White of Natchez, president and owner, started in August 1982.

Old River Truck Sales is an authorized full-line dealer for GMC and Isuzu in addition to Volvo. Old River has three other locations for parts and service in Canton, Foxworth and Crosby.
